Kei’Aillah Edwards was born in Pomona, California and raised just a city over in Chino. From a young age, Kei’Aillah was artistically gifted. Often encouraged to perform for her family at events. From reciting poetry, acting out the films she watched, Recreating the dances she saw in music videos, To singing the musicals she found herself obsessed with. Kei’Aillah had a passion for performing and she took that with her throughout her childhood. She attended Mount San Antonio community college for two years, where she double majored in Psychology and Theatre. Although, her theatre career was cut short, she found some new passions in photography and encouraging the youth. It started with working in Arcades and thrill ride attractions. There she began facilitating cheap grad nights for under funded schools. Landing her in the direct contact with school districts. After many years of working in After school/youth programs on the weekdays , where she encouraged students to follow their passions even if unsure where the roads would lead. and working for a photography company on the weekends, where she always made sure to remind her clients “you’re never fully dressed without a smile.” Kei’Aillah found herself at the dA Center for the Arts, where her passion for theatre has been reignited. She’s currently Co facilitating an after school theatre program, and going on auditions intending to find herself on a stage again.
