Maya Aragon

Maya Aragon (she/her) is a Pomona native and graduate from California State University, Fullerton with a bachelor’s degree in studio art. Maya balances her life between being a multidisciplinary artist and museum professional. She has expertise in drawing and painting, but often explores new mediums and methods, always searching for exciting ways to engage with her practice. Maya has worked in multiple galleries and nonprofits including Scripps College, CSU Fullerton, and The Huntington Library. Maya uses her background in art to inform her work in nonprofits, striving to make art accessible to people of all backgrounds. With this mission and all of her combined experience, Maya is eager to give back to her community and uplift the young artists of Pomona.
