Art is the one thing in life I enjoy where there is no structure. My whole life is surrounded by responsibilities, schedules, time constraints, and deadlines. I'm a very structure-based person, I like the conformity it provides in my life. But, my art is the complete opposite of that. Loose, sketchy, lively, rapid, fleeting, and messy, I like to convey the message in quick loose strokes, even if it's messy. My art ranges from chicken scratch sketches of characters to 8.5 x 11 colorful pages filled with the stories of my life, but in both fashions, I find ways to include a part of me, whether it be my personality or a tidbit of why I am who I am today.
